WIPocalypse check-in

Wow, that snuck up fast!  Here is my progress on Labyrinth (I promised DH it would be up first in the rotation).
(I have posted a starting pic on the WIPocalypse tab, and I'll move this over there as well.)

I also must confess to a bit of stash indulgence....I was placing an Amazon order for 2 books I really want to read and no one ever buys for me (they've been on my Wish List for about 2 years now!), and I was alerted to the fact that I'd get free shipping if I spent $6 more.  Shipping would have cost me $6, and this book cost about $10.  So if I look at it as really only costing me $4....that works, right?  Then it is a great bargain!
And I know, I've ranted in the past about how all the backstitching in Joan Elliott's designs makes me crazy.  *sigh*  But I adore the Once Upon a Time fairy, as well as the fairy riding the dragon.  Here I thought I'd gotten over my fantasy binge.....guess not, eh?

Maybe I'd better work on the Dark Sorceress from my WIP pile when I get home tonight.  :D

Well done on your WIP progress! And what a gorgeous book! I love Joan Elliot's fairies - one day I'll stitch one :) And I'd agree with your logic about the postage - why pay te $6 in postage when you could spend it in stash!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
