My exchange partner, Marie P., received her package today (and thank you, Marie, for the speedy email....I was "stalking" the delivery confirmation number on the USPS website, and was so excited when I saw it had been delivered! LOL), so now I can share.
This is "In the Graveyard," an old(er) freebie from The MonkeyWorks. I stitched it on Queen Anne's Lace jobelan, and used beads for the skeleton instead of white floss. He's so cute, I hated to part with him! I originally envisioned this as a drawstring bag, but I made my side seams too fat and my channel a touch narrow, so my pin carrying the drawstring ribbon kept getting stuck. After spending the better part of an evening fussing with it, I took out my frustration by chopping off the top of the bag and making this cute pillow instead. teehee!
I'm so glad you liked everything, Marie!

Too cute!
I love it Erin! :) It is the BEST. I am busy updating my blog but must stop to get ready to head to the guild meeting. I shall post later tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks again for all that you sent.
Your pillow is gorgeous.
Clever, clever, clever. I love the design and the fabric color is wonderful.
