I'm almost sad it is done...

...because it is so darned CUTE!!!

This is my addition to Michelle's autumn/Halloween neighborhood. I used a pattern by Gail Bussi that was in an issue of Cross Stitch & Needlework last fall. I added a few extra stars, and the tree. The tree is kind of from Brightneedle's "House on Booberry Lane," but not exactly...I made the branches significantly shorter and stitched it using a blend of hand-dyed and DMC.
Michelle, I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed stitching it for you!!
I'm waiting for the next 2 neighborhoods to arrive from Judith...until they get here, I'm going to work on another exchange project. I signed up for the Fantasy Exchange over on the Rotation Stitchers BB (even though I'm not a member...the organizer posted about it on The Wagon, as well), and I already have a project in mind. I won't be able to share any pictures until the recipient receives it, though!

That's just adorable, Erin. I'm a nut for all things Halloween and pumkins in general and this really excites my fingertips. They're just itching to find this and - as my mom would say - whip that up!

What a darling house and it is perfect for Michelle's RR. I think my favorite is the beachy one you did however. Thanks for the blog anniversary wishes!

Well done! I can see why you would be sad to finish this one. It looks like a fun stitch.

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
