Finally got some film developed and scanned....here is the little wedding ornament I made for my friend. I am quite proud of it, actually!!! It was accompanied by some bathroom accessories off their gift registry, and since their bathroom is apparently red and white, it worked wonderfully! Very classy and color-coordinated.... *grin*
If you look really closely, you can see some thread showing where I sewed the braid on.....and I didn't get the ends tucked in quite in the center of the top....but overall, I'm still pleased.

your ornie looks fantastic! For pieces like this when stitching on cord I keep clear quilting thread on hand then you don't have to worry as much about it showing!
