And goodness, is my life busy! The Wee One is almost 6 months old, and we're loving our new life. Yes, there is a certain amount of stress and new challenges almost daily, but it is a beautiful thing. And it IS bittersweet to watch her grow, yet so fascinating.
She now sleeps like a champ, from 7:30-8 pm until about 6 am every night, so I can stitch. After the bottles are washed, the kitchen is cleaned, the laundry is tossed in the washer, and a myriad of other chores are accomplished, of course! LOL Don't tell my mother, but sometimes I set stitching - or doodling about with scrapbook things - ahead of cleaning. No one is the worse for it, right? And the bathroom floor can always be scrubbed tomorrow...
I've been stitching away on several things, including the Labyrinth design for DH and a birth announcement/gift for another family member. I picked up the Just Cross Stitch Halloween issue, and I've signed up for the Halloween exchange over at the HOE blog. Feeling rather ambitious, aren't I?!?!?
Pics are coming, I promise. Oh, and Jill is finished with the birth sampler, so it should be home soon!!

Glad to hear things are going well with the little one and you now have some time to stitch.
Pleased that everything is going well. Can't wait to see the birth sampler framed and your new stitching progress.
