I did it!!!

I've accomplished one of my goals! She's DONE!!


I finished her today while DH napped on the couch. There are a few "fuzzy" spots, especially in the over-one sections, but overall I think she looks pretty good. I'm still not sold on the skin tones on a few spots, but that is the chart, not the stitcher's fault.... It did feel quite good to shred that chart, though. It was tough going at times (especially considering I first started the piece on 18-ct. Aida, stitching 4 x's for each "over 2" symbol. Ugh), and getting rid of that print-out was very therapeutic!!

Well, now on to the afghan. Or maybe I'll save that for the freebie SAL later this month and start something NEW tonight. Hmmmm.

Wow congratulations Erin! This is just gorgeous. You must be so pleased. Are you keeping this for your self and will you frame her? It's a wonderful finish.
