Aventail

After finishing the chickens, I did finish up The Ark, but I don't have a picture yet...
I also intended to get back to Labyrinth, but it is just too hot to have all that fabric in my lap (I've been working in-hand on that one). So instead I "had" to start something new and smaller! Here is "Aventail," an Ink Circles design. I'm using an unnamed hand-dyed silk from one of Vikki Clayton's "detritus bags," and stitching it on a piece of blue-gray fabric I found in my remnant box (it isn't as blue as it looks in this picture). I think I like my changes better than the original...!
