Unexpected expected stash

For Christmas, my mom ordered a few things off my wishlist from Stitching Bits & Bobs, and they FINALLY arrived!!!  (When she told me what she had ordered - one of the Victoria Sampler "Hearts of America" kits I'd been wanting to stitch for my daughter, to commemorate the state of her birth - I knew it would take a while, since not many places seem to have those in stock anymore.)  So along with that little bitty, she also got me Silver Creek Samplers' "Santa's Magic Key."
It was also on my wishlist, but what I DIDN'T know was that it includes a small ornament pattern of a cute little Santa holding a big ornate key.  And that will be perfect for my 2012 Santa ornament for the Wee One!  I know my mom was a little annoyed at how long the order took, but I'm just thrilled with everything, so I don't mind the wait!!

As for things I'm actually stitching -- I finished the stitching for my Valentine exchange, and just need to figure out what finishing technique suits it best.  While I think about it, I've pulled out the Mom's Tea Room tea towel design, so I'll have lots of progress to share for the next WIPocalypse update.

Love this pattern. Thanks for stopping by my blog and it's totally ok to be late. You're not really late per se. Hehehe.

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
