Last week's sad news evidently put me in the mood for some stash-enhancing retail therapy.
So I took a sampler chart from my stash - Rosewood Manor's "Happiness is" - and did I what think will be a lovely conversion to Vikki Clayton's hand-dyed silks. This picture isn't the best, but the verse reads "happiness is the art of making a bouquet of those flowers within reach." It is a lovely sentiment, don't you think? I'm really looking forward to the arrival of my fibers so I can start this!
In the meantime, I've been working along on Fairy Tale Towne for the past few days. My castle is coming into focus, slowly but surely. I'll try to get a picture up here soon.
