Goals? What goals? I didn't see any goals...

Well, it looks like I forgot to set any goals last month.....whoops! But I DID get some things done, including the celtic heart pouch, and I worked on both my Neighborhood RR square and the never-ending knotwork of the (other) Celtic wedding gift.
A pic to prove it- Yes, I was naughty and did a bit of beading (around the "L" in love). I just had to see what it would look like! It was so exciting when I could "turn the corner" there in the left-hand side...I feel like the end is within reach now...

I did a bit of shopping last month, and I'm waiting for my purchases to arrive -- I bought Earth Threads' "A Ship and a Book" and Sweetheart Tree's "Enchantment" Teenie Tweenie, both from an online store I found that has great service and a decent sale going on. I've actually gone completely looney and am considering doing Enchantment up as a small wedding sampler - for the same bride and groom for whom I made the pouch. The colors are perfect for them, and I've been scouting around for a suitable quote.... (I'd put the quote above the design and their names beneath....maybe I'd even add a band or 2 of sampler-style stitches.)

So, goals for June....
1) Stitch like mad on the Celtic blessing (I'd love to have it to the framer by the first weekend in July!).
2) Assuming "Enchantment" arrives soon, decide what to do - if anything - for second wedding gift. Since it will be rather small, start AND FINISH it ASAP!
3) Work on Neighborhood RR - shipping date is July 15.
4) Pull out Wintry Mix, the Gaelic blessing, or some other "personal" WIP if boredom sets in and if time permits.....

Your Celtic Knot is just beautiful. and the beading looks great. Can't say I blame you for wanting to see what it looks like

Wow. That is just awesome. Who is the designer? I love the colours and you are indeed right, the end is in sight.

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
