Creativity = sucked dry.

Blah. That sums up how I'm feeling lately....just blah. I haven't stitched much - on anything - but I'm apparently going through one of my "stash accumulation" phases. I hate that -- all it does is make me feel guilty. So I look, and make lists, and HOPEFULLY keep my clicky fingers off the mouse..... Next month DH and I are heading to Niagara Falls (the Canadian side) for a weekend, and since he "needs" to use a gift certificate at a store that closed their location here, I'm allowed to pick one stitching store to drool in. Right now the front-runner is the Village Cross Stitch Shoppe in Orchard Park, NY. Any bloggers out there know of bigger/better stores in the area? I'll only stop in one of "my" stores, since it is supposed to be a romantic togetherness weekend!

And now, to illustrate how truly blah I am today, a meme. (from Suz)

Four jobs I have had in my life:
1. librarian
2. lifeguard

Four movies I would watch over and over again:
1. Ever After
2. The Princess Bride
3. Sleepy Hollow
4. The Red Violin
(and that's just today's list....)

Four places I have lived:
1. Erie, Pennsylvania
2. Albany, New York
3. Portville, New York
4. Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania

Four TV shows I love to watch:
1. Law and Order: SVU
2. Amazing Race
3. Extreme Makeover Home Edition
4. Crossing Jordan (sometimes)

Four places I have been on vacation:
1. the Adirondacks
2. Colorado Springs, CO
3. Seattle, Washington
4. St. Thomas, USVI

Four websites I visit daily:
1. my blog
2. my email
3. The Wagon BB
4. the Erie Times-News

Four of my favourite foods:
1. pizza with pineapple
2. grandma's pork and sauerkraut
3. tater tots (ah, memories of school lunches....)
4. my homemade turkey club casserole

Four places I'd rather be right now:
1. Ireland
2. a big city with lots of museums and things to do, and nowhere specific to be/nothing to do for a couple days
3. a beach somewhere
4. home in bed (or stitching!)

I recently did battle with someone regarding the yumminess of saurkraut (I am on the pro-yummy side, btw).

Well I hope you don't feel blah for too long. I understand the feeling well... it really cuts into stitching time!

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
