And a subversive finish

"You Live But Once" - What She Said Stitches
over-2 with DMC colors as charted on 28-ct. mystery green linen from my stash
approx. 6 1/4" square

This was a fun little stitch.  (Of course, then someone pointed out that it is essentially "YOLO" - if it had been coined in the 1940s by an uppity French fashion designer and Nazi sympathizer. Ha!)  I don't have much fabric to play with on the sides for finishing, so I may try to find a pre-cut wood plaque at one of the craft stores that I can play with.

It looks great! I think it will look good on a nice wood plaque. I'd love to see it on the plaque when you find one...

Duh, maybe if I would have read further I may have figured it out on my own! Sorry for being stupid!

That's a fun piece. My quote is "If you can't say something nice, at least be funny"!
