Failure already?

Well, it looks like we're not even 2 weeks into November, and I've already failed at the NaBloPoMo endeavor.  Sigh.  But work has been busy, and my evenings are jam-packed with parenting and domestic things (and hey, sometimes I stitch!).  I know I could type a post or 2 ahead and schedule them to appear on a daily schedule, but that felt like cheating.  I'm still determined to post MORE, but obviously every day isn't happening.

So my latest sofa project - Just Nan's "Swan Lake."  I'm stitching this with 1 strand over-2 on 32-ct., and I love it.

I had to order some beads, so it might be a bit before it is completely finished (I ordered from one of the notoriously slow ONSs, plus I couldn't resist adding a few other items to the order - why pay all that shipping for 1 pack of beads?!?!? - and a pattern was backordered).  I think it will fit on either the 3" or the 3.5" circular finishing forms I have.

I love your Swan Lake. I have several of these small JN squares all displayed together. And several more to stitch to join them!

Last night I eked in at 11:30. And last year I was out of ideas on day three! NaBloPoMo is difficult. Life's like that.

Those colours are just so pretty and delicate.

Scheduled posts is the only way I could do NaBloPoMo on a week like this!!!

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
