I may know too much about stitching

Yesterday I was watching Sesame Street with my daughter.  (We have it on Netflix, so she can catch a little bit here and there at any time, which is handy when Mommy and/or Daddy need 5 minutes to get something done around the house!)  Anyway, it was an episode about the Bear family hibernating.  They showed the family in their little house, all tucked into bed....and what did I see on the wall behind Papa Bear?
Can you tell?

(Sorry the pic isn't great, it is a screen capture from an online video...best I could do!)

If those aren't Shepherd's Bush "pudgy people," I'll eat my orts.

In fact, I'll bet they're from this book (the 2 little people on the left-hand side)-
-which I have.
I'm such a treasure trove of useless information...

Treasure Trove of Useless Information. That should be in the job description for every reference librarian. :-)

LOL I am going to call on your first when I need to find that special chart. I can just describe it and voilà!

My teenage daughter and I keep commenting on how they put stuff in Sesame Street to entertain the grown ups! :-)

Craft Sale!

So my mother and I set up our little table at the craft fair this past weekend.  And we didn't do terribly!  I sold $125 worth of needle...
